Goddess Pears

I love painting pears!  They are my painting equivalent of comfort food. 

I used to name my pear paintings after my friends, but had to stop. None of them wanted to be the ummm…fat pear. 

This time I was inspired to name this series after the Goddesses Maat, Demeter, Persephone, Seshat and Freya.

As I was creating these paintings, I had the feeling that they all wanted to stay together.

So I  played around in Photoshop and they turned in to really cool prints!
